Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using AccVilla as a buyer, seller or marketplace participant.

1. Using AccVilla

By using AccVilla, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully, provide accurate account information and follow the applicable marketplace rules. Your account must not be used to deceive, abuse or interfere with other users or the platform.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Review the product information, seller/store details, description and rules before purchasing.
  • Check the available stock, price and any seller-stated warranty or support period.
  • Use the correct order and dispute workflow when an order problem occurs.
  • Keep order information and delivered inventory secure after delivery.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their store information, product descriptions, rules, pricing, inventory and delivery information. Product information submitted by a seller may be reviewed by AccVilla before it becomes marketplace-visible.

Sellers should make their descriptions, delivery format and warranty/support conditions clear so buyers can understand what they are purchasing.

4. Orders & Digital Delivery

When a buyer has sufficient AccVilla balance, the purchase transaction is processed, required inventory is reserved/delivered and an order is created. My Orders shows the order summary; delivered inventory is accessed through the order details page.

5. Escrow & Seller Earnings

Completed orders normally enter the escrow process before seller earnings become available. The default escrow hold is 24 hours when there is no active dispute. After the hold period, funds can be released to the seller wallet according to the marketplace workflow.

If an eligible dispute is opened, the escrow is frozen and remains subject to the administrator's dispute decision.

6. Disputes & Refund Decisions

Disputes must be opened through the available order dispute system while the order is eligible. The buyer should provide the order details, reason and relevant evidence. AccVilla may consider the seller's description, rules and stated warranty/support period when reviewing the case.

  • An open dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund.
  • The escrow amount can remain frozen while the dispute is reviewed.
  • Admin may resolve the case as Buyer Refund or Seller Release.
  • Once the applicable dispute window has closed, the normal dispute option may no longer be available.

7. Top Ups & Withdrawals

Top-up requests are submitted for administrator verification. A top-up remains pending until it is reviewed; approved payments credit the buyer balance, while rejected payments are not credited. Seller withdrawals are also subject to administrator review and the applicable marketplace settings.

8. Reviews, Chat & Support

Users may use marketplace chat, reviews and support channels for legitimate marketplace communication. Do not use these features for abuse, fraud, spam, threats or attempts to bypass the platform's order and dispute process.

9. Account & Marketplace Protection

AccVilla may review activity, orders, products, disputes and account status to protect the marketplace and its users. Actions may be taken where activity violates these terms, marketplace rules or applicable platform requirements.

10. Policy Updates

AccVilla may update these terms when marketplace features, workflows or policies change. Users should review the current version of this page before continuing to use the platform.

For a specific order issue, use the order's dispute/support workflow rather than relying only on general terms.
