Getting Started

How does AccVilla marketplace work?
AccVilla connects buyers and sellers of digital products. A typical journey is: register or log in → open the marketplace → choose a product → review its details and seller information → Buy Now → checkout → receive the delivered inventory through Order Details.
What happens after I register or log in?
After registration and login, AccVilla checks your account role. Buyers go to the Buyer Dashboard, sellers go to the Seller Dashboard, and administrators go to the Admin Dashboard.
What should I check before buying a product?
Review the product information, price, available stock, seller information, rating/reviews, and the seller's rules or other stated conditions before placing the order.

Buyer Balance & Top Up

How do I add balance to my AccVilla account?
From the Buyer Dashboard, open Top Up, enter the required amount and payment/network information, make the crypto payment, and submit the requested payment proof. The top-up remains Pending until an administrator verifies it.
When is my top-up balance credited?
After admin verification, an approved top-up credits your buyer balance. If the payment is rejected, the balance is not credited.
What happens if I do not have enough balance to buy?
At checkout AccVilla checks your available balance. If it is insufficient, the purchase does not proceed and you can use the Top Up flow to add balance.

Buying & Order Flow

How do I purchase a product?
Open the marketplace, select a product, choose the quantity, and continue to Buy Now and Checkout. AccVilla calculates the total, checks your balance, deducts the purchase amount when the balance is sufficient, checks available inventory, reserves/delivers the required inventory, and creates the order.
When is an order created?
After the balance check succeeds and the transaction begins, the required inventory is checked and reserved/delivered. The order is then created and the order becomes completed/delivery available.
Where can I see my orders?
Open My Orders from your Buyer Dashboard. My Orders is intended to show the order summary: Order ID, product, seller, quantity, total cost, status and View Details.
Where do I get the delivered accounts or inventory?
Open the relevant order through View Details. The Order Details page provides access to the delivered inventory/account information and the available View or Download actions.
Why do I not see the actual account credentials directly in My Orders?
AccVilla's workflow keeps My Orders as an order-summary view. Delivered inventory/account information is accessed from the Order Details page.

Delivery & Inventory

How is digital inventory delivered?
After a successful purchase, AccVilla selects inventory according to the quantity ordered. Inventory moves from available to delivered, and the buyer can access the delivered items from Order Details.
If I buy multiple items, how many are delivered?
The delivered inventory follows the quantity purchased. For example, a quantity of 3 results in 3 delivered inventory items.
Is Order ID the same as Inventory ID?
No. Order ID and Inventory ID are different values. Order Details uses the order ID, while individual download/delivery actions use the appropriate delivered inventory or item ID.

Escrow, Disputes & Refunds

What happens after an order is completed?
Completed orders enter the escrow process. If there is no active dispute, the funds remain held for the applicable hold period and can then be released to the seller wallet according to the marketplace workflow.
What happens if I open a dispute?
When an eligible dispute is opened, the escrow is frozen and the case goes to admin review. The administrator can resolve the case as a Buyer Refund or Seller Release.
Does opening a dispute automatically guarantee a refund?
No. A dispute starts the review process; it does not automatically guarantee a refund. The case is decided through the marketplace dispute workflow using the relevant order information and evidence.
What happens to seller earnings after a sale?
Seller earnings are held in escrow. The marketplace commission is applied, and after escrow release the seller's available amount becomes available in the seller wallet/balance according to the marketplace workflow.

Become a Seller

How can I become a seller?
A buyer can apply to become a seller. The workflow includes the seller application, the applicable application fee, admin approval, Seller Dashboard access, store creation, product/inventory setup, and product approval before marketplace selling.
What happens after my seller application is approved?
After approval, the seller can use the Seller Dashboard, create a store, add products and inventory, and submit products for admin approval. Once an approved product is purchased, the sale follows the delivery and escrow workflow.
How does seller withdrawal work?
The seller submits a withdrawal with the amount, network and wallet address. The withdrawal becomes Pending and is reviewed by admin. An approved withdrawal records the payout transaction; a rejected withdrawal restores the reserved amount.
