Marketplace Rules

Please read and follow the applicable rules before using AccVilla as a buyer or seller.

Buyer Rules

  1. Personal Information — Permanent Ban: Misuse, selling, sharing, exposing, stealing, or unauthorized use of any buyer's or user's personal information will result in a permanent ban.
  2. Account Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for the security and activity of their own accounts.
  3. False Information: Providing fraudulent or intentionally misleading information is prohibited.
  4. Fraud & Scams: Fraud, scams, payment manipulation, or attempts to deceive the marketplace are strictly prohibited.
  5. Order Information: Buyers must read the product description, seller rules, and available delivery/support information before purchasing.
  6. Product Usage: Delivered digital products must be used according to the seller's listed conditions and applicable rules.
  7. False Disputes: Fake disputes, false claims, or fabricated evidence are prohibited.
  8. Dispute Process: Genuine issues should be reported through the relevant order's dispute process with proper evidence.
  9. Seller Rules: Buyers must follow the clearly stated rules and conditions of the seller and product.
  10. Abuse: Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward sellers, support staff, or other users is prohibited.
  11. Platform Abuse: Misusing AccVilla systems, bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform features is prohibited.
  12. Multiple Accounts: Creating additional accounts to bypass a ban, suspension, restriction, or marketplace control is prohibited.
  13. Transaction Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate balances, purchases, refunds, disputes, or other marketplace transactions is prohibited.
  14. Future Rules: Every new Buyer Rule added to AccVilla in the future must also be followed by the buyer.

Seller Rules

  1. Personal Information — Permanent Ban: Misuse, selling, sharing, exposing, stealing, or unauthorized use of any buyer's or user's personal information will result in a permanent ban.
  2. One Seller Account: A seller may not create or operate multiple seller accounts. Each seller must operate through their approved seller account.
  3. Account Sharing: Sellers may not allow unauthorized persons to use their seller account.
  4. Accurate Listings: Product titles, descriptions, quantities, quality, and specifications must be accurate.
  5. Product Rules: Sellers must clearly state relevant product rules, conditions, and usage information.
  6. Delivery: Sellers must provide the promised product, inventory, or delivery according to the listing.
  7. Working Products: Sellers may only list digital products or inventory that can be delivered and are consistent with the listing description.
  8. Replacement & Support: If a seller provides a replacement, warranty, or support period, the seller must honor their stated terms.
  9. Fraud: Fake products, fake inventory, stolen information, scams, or intentionally misleading listings are prohibited.
  10. Buyer Information: Buyer information must not be saved, shared, sold, or used for unauthorized purposes.
  11. Fake Reviews: Fake reviews, ratings, artificial orders, or artificial sales are prohibited.
  12. Order Manipulation: Manipulating orders, inventory, balances, or marketplace records is prohibited.
  13. Dispute Cooperation: Sellers must provide relevant information and evidence and cooperate with the dispute review process.
  14. Platform Abuse: Misusing AccVilla systems, bugs, payment mechanisms, or security controls is prohibited.
  15. Ban Evasion: A seller may not create another account to bypass a suspension or permanent ban.
  16. Professional Conduct: Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior toward buyers or AccVilla staff is prohibited.
  17. Seller Application Information: Information submitted in a seller application must be truthful and accurate.
  18. Policy Compliance: Sellers must follow AccVilla's Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable marketplace requirements.
  19. Enforcement: Depending on the seriousness of a violation, AccVilla may issue a warning, remove listings, restrict selling activity, restrict account functions, suspend an account, or permanently ban the account.
  20. Future Rules: Every new Seller Rule added to AccVilla in the future must also be followed by the seller.
By continuing to use AccVilla, users are expected to follow the rules applicable to their activity on the marketplace. Additional rules may be introduced as the platform develops.
